MirrorFill: Affiliate / Partner Terms
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These Affiliate Terms govern your participation in the MirrorFill affiliate programme (the "Programme") and in the MirrorFill educator/creator directory (the "Directory"). By joining either, you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. "MirrorFill", "we", and "us" refer to the operator of mirrorfill.com (trading as MirrorFill); "you" or "Affiliate" means the person or business taking part.
1. Joining
You must apply and be approved to join. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.
2. How it works
Once approved, you get a unique referral link. When someone signs up through your link and becomes a paying customer, you earn a commission, subject to these terms. - Commission: 15% of the customer's subscription payments, for as long as they remain subscribed. - Qualifying sale: a referral qualifies once the customer completes a paid subscription and any trial or refund period has passed. - Attribution: when someone arrives through your link, we record your referral code against their account at the point they sign up, so that we can show them your creator code where one applies. Commissions themselves are administered manually by us: this record is not an automated commission ledger, and the amounts we pay are the ones we calculate and confirm under sections 3 and 8.
3. Payments
- Threshold: we pay once your balance reaches $100.
- Schedule: payouts are processed when you request them, normally within a few business days, provided your balance is above the threshold.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your commission, and for giving us accurate payment and tax details.
4. What you must not do
- make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about MirrorFill, or promise specific trading results;
- use spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading advertising;
- bid on our brand name or trademarks in paid search, or use domains or usernames that suggest you are MirrorFill;
- refer yourself, or use your own link for your own subscription;
- offer unauthorised rebates or incentives in a way that breaches these terms;
- promote MirrorFill on sites with illegal, harmful, or infringing content; or
- breach our Acceptable Use Policy or any advertising or consumer law that applies to you.
5. Creator directory listings
The Directory is a curated list of independent trading educators shown inside the MirrorFill app.
- Admission is at our discretion. You apply through the in-app form; we may accept or decline any application, and we are not obliged to give a reason.
- A public presence is required. Every listing must carry a YouTube and/or X link, so that readers can judge your work for themselves.
- A listing is not an endorsement. We do not vet, verify, audit, or recommend the teaching, methods, courses, or results of anyone in the Directory. Nothing in the Directory is investment advice or a recommendation to trade, to follow anyone, or to buy anything.
- No performance claims. We publish no profit-and-loss figures, win rates, returns, or rankings for any listed educator, and we will not do so. You must not state or imply that MirrorFill has verified, endorsed, approved, or vouched for your results, and you must not use a listing to suggest that we have.
- Re-verification. Listings are dated content and are re-checked periodically. We may correct, refresh, suspend, or remove any listing at any time, including where a listing has become inaccurate or has not been re-verified.
- Removal. You may ask to be removed at any time, and we may remove you at any time. Removal does not by itself end any commission already earned under section 2.
6. Prop-firm codes (the three-firm rule)
A listed educator may have their own discount code shown alongside up to three prop firms.
- The firms must already appear in the MirrorFill prop-firm directory. We do not add a firm solely because an educator holds a code there.
- Every code and link is reviewed and approved by us before any customer sees it, and we may withdraw approval at any time.
- We will not attach a code to a firm whose rules prohibit copy trading, and we will remove one if a firm's rules change. This applies even where the code itself is valid: sending a customer to a firm that would disqualify them for using MirrorFill is not something we will do.
- A customer whose account is attributed to an educator sees that educator's approved code at those firms; every other customer, and every other firm, sees our own code. Prop-firm rules change without notice, and it is always the customer's responsibility to check a firm's current terms before buying an evaluation.
7. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote MirrorFill, as required by advertising rules (for example ASA/CMA guidance in the UK or FTC guidance in the US).
8. Our rights
We may reject or reverse commissions for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or non-qualifying sales, and we may withhold payment where we reasonably suspect a breach or fraud. We may change commission rates and Programme terms with notice.
9. Relationship
You are an independent contractor. These terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and you may not act or speak on our behalf.
10. Term and termination
Either of us may end your participation at any time. On termination, unpaid qualifying commissions earned before termination stay payable, unless we ended it for breach or fraud. Sections that should survive (including payment adjustments, restrictions, and liability) continue to apply.
11. Liability
The Programme is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under these terms is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
