Some cookies are set by third parties that provide services to us, such as our analytics, payment, and support providers, and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Our support chat widget is provided by Chatwoot. It loads on every page so that help is always one click away, and it stores the cw_conversation value described in section 4 on your device. That entry is strictly necessary for the chat to work: without it a conversation you start would be lost the moment you moved to another page. It is not used for advertising and it does not track you across other websites. If you never open the chat, no conversation is created.
